My event management coursework at Western Michigan University included a variety of classes that have provided me with a well rounded foundation in event planning and execution.
Through these courses, I have developed skills in strategic planning, budgeting, marketing, logistics, and overall program development. In addition, I gained hands on experience during my practicum at the Village of Barrington as a Communications and Events Intern. You can visit my portfolio to see more about my experience. These experiences have allowed me to apply my academic knowledge in event coordination, promotion, and community engagement. Check out some of my work below.
