Strategic Planning (HPHE 2100)
In my Strategic Planning course, my group and I planned an event called Gala en Pointe for the Northwest Michigan Ballet Theatre. The gala was designed to support their mission of providing professional-level performance opportunities for young dancers while engaging the community through classical ballet. Our work focused on defining the event’s purpose, identifying key stakeholders, and ensuring the event would help sustain accessible, high-quality arts programming.
